Just when you thought her situation was as bad as it could be, this happens. According to Lindsay, her name is as unique as Cher and Madonna. She says that the eTrade commercial that aired during the Super Bowl (the milk-a-holic one) is a clear reference to her.
Oh yeah, she is suing for $100 million dollars. This lawsuit will definitely not go through. You have to have damages to get any money, and her reputation can’t be damaged anymore.

I can’t stress how important it is for you to tell your friends- this website is depending on you. I’ve lost most of my daily traffic along with all the posts that were deleted, and it sucks. There was more to legalizing marijuana than you might have known.
Marc Emery is a Canadian citizen and activist for the legalization of marijuana. However, he faces the chance of being extradited from Canada to the US for a crime he didn’t even commit in Canada- because his marijuana use in Canada was not illegal. Basically, the US wants to charge him for something he did in Canada.
Marijuana isn’t exactly what the What is your anti-drug? commercials want you to think. It’s hundreds of medicinal and therapeutic uses far outweigh the few risks it has- all of which are only risks if you are using it through smoke. The worst of these is inflammation of the lungs, which is caused by the heat of the smoke you are inhaling and not from nonexistent toxins in the marijuana. In fact, you can’t find any study other than those by the Anti-Drug people that in fact supports the accusation that marijuana smoke can cause cancer.
What can you do to help keep an innocent man out of a tainted justice system? It is as easy as calling the Canadian Justice Minister’s office and leaving a message or telling the person who answers the phone: “Please do NOT extradite Marc Emery to the US. He is a Canadian citizen; if he broke the law of Canada he should be charged in Canada!”
I’m an American myself so don’t think I’m an anti-American or anything like that. You know what though? America always wants to get its citizens extradited when they get arrested in foreign country’s. Under that logic, you shouldn’t be harassing Canada to try to imprison someone for openly using a safe plant. Of course, America hasn’t exactly been a country to follow its own morals in the past.

Thursday night was the season finale of Celebrity Rehab. I can’t be too certain of what’s going to happen on Sober House. I say that because everything in the finale was a twist. Everything was so unexpected; it felt like I was watching a suspense movie. Most of the patients decided to move on to Sober House, a show documenting their life in a sober house after they leave the Pasedena Recovery Center. This was a really good season; I’ll post the full episode below for you guys to watch. It is really, really good.
This season of DWTS will definitely be one to watch. Familiar contestants include Chad Ochocinco, Pamela Anderson, and more. RadarOnline.com has officialy confirmed that Kate Gosselin will also be on the show. The official line-up was announced tonight during the season finale of The Bachelor on ABC. Here it is:

Deleting the old Breaking Dawn casting posts made my website traffic go way down. I’m sure it also pissed a few people off. So this is just to remind you guys about casting as well as keep you up to date on audition information.
It has been confirmed that Breaking Dawn will be made into two films! They will start shooting back-to-back in November 2010. A quick Google search will give you a long list of rumored filming locations, but none have been confirmed yet.
I’ll be updating this post when the casting directors have been confirmed and the casting process starts. Just check back often.

Breaking’s Dawn director has not been announced as of now, but sources say that Gus van Sant has signed on. We can support this because he will finish filming Restless before Breaking Dawn Part I goes into production, and he is not set to film anything else until Breaking Dawn Part II wraps in 2011.
